For FITNESS FIRST, we led the conception and production of 4 Zumba parties in Hamburg, Berlin, Frankfurt and Düsseldorf which all took place at the same time in September 2013. We were responsible for the location scouting, the branding and setup planning, the production, scheduling and logistics and also for the staff planning and catering.
