The Red Bull Gameball Royal event offered the 2000 guests on site as well as the 1,400,000 digital viewers of 7 online streams a fascinating fusion of classic dodgeball and exciting elements of Gameball Royale. At the Sporthalle Hamburg, 40 popular content creators from YouTube, Twitch and TikTok competed in 4 teams on a huge interactive 8k LED field.

Behind the scenes, we were responsible for the entire project management and coordination of the set-up and take-down. Also the production of the branding inside and outside the hall, as well as the personnel planning was in our hands for this event. Our long-time partner Neumann&Müller was responsible for the extensive technical equipment, while the broadcasting was organized by The very Essence.
