We were commissioned by Nike Deutschland GmbH to lead the personnel- and project management of a sneaker-service-station in their Berliner Nike Brand Experience Store Tauentziehenstraße. The main reason for this was the 29th birthday of the legendary Air Max shoe. Customer were able to personalize their own favourite Air Max with different sneaker decoration. At the location they had the opportunity to personalize your Dubraes and Aglets by hand engraving. On top of it you got the matching laces. Additionally the sneaker-cleaning-experts from Jason Markk were ready to clean up the customers shoes with a specially manufactured workstation. Furthermore a specifically trained service-station-consultant worked as a concierge and supported customers, as well as coordinated appointments. Our work area involved the whole personnel- and project management including conception, production of the sneaker jewellry, personnel and supervision of the service- and cleaning-station in March.
